I know that I'm preaching to the choir when I talk about how great the blogging community can be - especially the teacher-blogger community. I just joined these ranks a few months ago, but I've already made so many wonderful connections with people from all over.
I have mentioned it before, but I'll mention it again. I live in Canada, on beautiful Prince Edward Island. I may be a little biased, but I do believe it's the best place in the world to live. But sometimes I feel in the minority, as far as the blogging community goes. Most teacher-bloggers I've collaborated with are Americans. Don't get me wrong - I love my neighbors to the south.
However, I've often thought, "Where are all of the Canadians? I'm sure that they're out there! I just can't find them! It sure would be nice to collaborate with teachers from my own country a bit more often!"
Apparently I was not alone in my thinking. Why not come on over to Lessons From The Middle and make some connections with some teacher-bloggers to the north, eh?
