Summer is just speeding on by, isn't it? Every moment is so precious. Before we know it, we'll be back in our classrooms! That's why when I use my own personal time (especially in the summer) for "work purposes" I need to get something substantial out of it! I need to know that it was time well spent, to improve my teaching and hopefully my students' learning.
Well, I just finished my first summer read on differentiation!
In my latest blog post on Lessons From The Middle I share what my three "take-aways" from the book are and how I'd like to incorporate them into my classroom next year. It's really important for us all to have goals in our professions. What's your goal for next year? What do you struggle with? How do you meet the needs of all of your learners? Come on over and share!
PS: There's also a little bonus in the second half of the post. You'll have to come visit to see what it is;)
